SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

Shipping Policy

We aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping for all orders across Australia and worldwide.
Please read our policy below for information on processing times, delivery, and tracking.

1. Order Processing Time


  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer the following delivery options

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier delays.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries 


  • Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@parcustore.com to confirm availability.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at contact@parcustore.com — we may be able to update it before dispatch.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:


  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description.

  • We’ll assist you in lodging a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as per Australian Consumer Law.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Parcu. We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 7 of delivery, provided that:


  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels are still attached.

  • You provide proof of purchase.

Return shipping and new shipping costs for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer. Our store only allows one change of mind/exchange per order. All sale items are not eligible for change of mind exchange or return. All exchanged items are not eligible for a change of mind return. We charge a $12.99 shipping fee for returns on orders that qualified for free shipping. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns.

Note: Certain items such as sale products, custom-made items, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. earrings, underwear, cosmetics) cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:


  1. Please contact us at contact@parcustore.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.

  3. We will assess your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the ACL.

Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items are covered by us.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:


  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product (if available).
Please contact us first at contact@parcustore.com before sending any items back. Our store only allows one change of mind/exchange per order. All exchanged items are not eligible for a change of mind return.

Exchange shipping and new shipping costs for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer. All sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, unauthorised transactions, or policy violations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other external factors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion of the site without our express written permission. PARCU does not own the image rights or products displayed on the site, PARCU is a third party reselling site of vintage recreations.

9. Third-Party Services

Certain content, products, or services may include materials from third parties (e.g. Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers).
We are not responsible for any third-party materials or websites linked from our store.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PARCU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What is your return policy?

Our store accepts returns within 7 days of receipt of items in their original condition. Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or sale restrictions. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and reviewed, following standard store procedures. Our store only allows one change of mind/exchange per order. All sale items are not eligible for a change of mind refund or exchange. All exchanged items are also not eligible for a change of mind return.

How long does delivery take?

Our orders take between 1-3 business days to process and 7-14 days to deliver. Please see our shipping policy for further details.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $9.99. Free shipping is available for orders over $100. Our shipping costs can differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. You can check out our delivery options here (under Delivery Times and Costs).

Is my country available for shipping?

We ship to almost any country in the world including United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, although shipping carriers and delivery times may vary. If for some reason we are unable to ship to your country after the order has been placed, you will be receiving a full refund.
