Thank you for shopping with PARCU. We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, we're here to help. All returns, exchanges, and defect claims must be lodged through our returns portal — this is the only channel we use to receive, track, and process return and exchange requests.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the ACL.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Specifically, refunds will not be processed for:
- Damage caused by the customer (e.g. fading, stains, water marks, washing)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Purchasing the wrong size when our size guide was available at the time of purchase
For change of mind, we offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability, and these must be lodged via our returns portal. If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt to receive store credit. Our store only allows one change of mind exchange per order. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return, and exchanged items are not eligible for a further change of mind return.
For all change of mind exchanges, there is a flat $20 AUD shipping and handling charge for the new outbound package. Return shipping to us for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer. Change of mind returns are only available for store credit and the same flat $20 AUD handling charge applies.

Customers are advised to consult all care guides, recommendations, size guides, and product descriptions before purchasing.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, your claim must be submitted through our returns portal:
- Lodge your claim via the returns portal within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
- We will assess your claim and offer a repair or replacement, and if neither is available, a refund in line with the ACL.
- Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items are covered by us.
Once your refund is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product (subject to availability). All exchanges must be submitted via our returns portal before sending any items back. Our store only allows one change of mind exchange per order, and all exchanged items are not eligible for a further change of mind exchange. A $20 AUD restocking and handling fee applies to all change of mind exchanges for the new outbound package. Return shipping to us for change of mind exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. - Wait for return instructions and approval from the portal.
- Include your order number and reason for return in the parcel.
