1. Order Processing Time
  • In general, orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping — 7–14 business days — $9.99 (Free on orders over $110 AUD)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier delays.

3. International Shipping
  • We offer international shipping to selected countries.
  • Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping rates may vary across locations.

4. Order Tracking
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking information and to collect any parcels that are redirected to a pickup point, parcel locker, or post shop within the carrier's holding period.
5. Shipping Address
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to change your address, please get in touch immediately — we may be able to update it before dispatch.
6. Undeliverable & Returned-to-Sender Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed at a pickup point or post shop, the address was incorrect or incomplete, or delivery was refused, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. A new shipping fee of $9.99 AUD (domestic) or the applicable international rate will need to be paid before we can dispatch the parcel again. Refunds are not available for parcels returned to sender under these circumstances.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, all claims must be lodged through our returns portal:

  • Lodge your claim via the returns portal within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
  • Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description.
  • We'll assist you in lodging a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as per Australian Consumer Law.

Thank you for shopping with PARCU. We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, we're here to help. All returns, exchanges, and defect claims must be lodged through our returns portal — this is the only channel we use to receive, track, and process return and exchange requests.

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the ACL.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Specifically, refunds will not be processed for:

  • Damage caused by the customer (e.g. fading, stains, water marks, washing)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong size when our size guide was available at the time of purchase

For change of mind, we offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability, and these must be lodged via our returns portal. If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt to receive store credit. Our store only allows one change of mind exchange per order. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return, and exchanged items are not eligible for a further change of mind return.

For all change of mind exchanges, a flat $20 AUD shipping and handling charge applies. This covers restocking, handling, and the new outbound shipping. Return shipping to us for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer.

Change of mind returns are only available for store credit and the same flat $20 AUD handling charge applies.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, your claim must be submitted through our returns portal:

  • Lodge your claim via the returns portal within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
  • We will assess your claim and offer a repair or replacement, and if neither is available, a refund in line with the ACL.
  • Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items are covered by us.
4. Refunds

Once your refund is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product (subject to availability). All exchanges must be submitted via our returns portal before sending any items back. Our store only allows one change of mind exchange per order, and all exchanged items are not eligible for a further change of mind exchange. All sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
